Your tasks and responsibilities:

Guiding the business in regards to individual and collective personnel measures
Development of strategic and operational HR processes in the areas of supervisory as well as in the entire company

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Creation, processing and review of HR-relevant documents along the HR value chain end-to-end
Processing of administrative HR-related matters (contract and certification, handling of entries and exits, transfers, sick leave, salary adjustments, maintenance of personnel files, etc.)
Responding to employee and manager inquiries

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Team Leadership

System Engineer – Core Infrastructure
We are looking for a System Engineer with Core Infrastructure knowledge to join our IT Infrastructure team in Frankfurt. The role focuses on the operation, administration, and reliability of Microsoft based enterprise infrastructure, with particular emphasis on Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, and core Windows services. The position is intended for an experienced, hands-on infrastructure engineer who can operate systems independently within established frameworks and processes, while ensuring secure, compliant, and stable operations in a BaFin-regulated environment.

Infrastructure Operations (BAU)
Operate and maintain core IT infrastructure services ensuring availability, stability, and performance
Independently handle day-to-day operational tasks within defined standards and procedures

Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable)

System Engineer - IT Infrastructure
We are seeking an experienced Senior System Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role is responsible for the design, operation, and continuous improvement of core Microsoft infrastructure services, including server patching, enterprise messaging, identity services, and server lifecycle management within a regulated financial services environment. The position requires a hands-on expert capable of managing critical infrastructure platforms and ensuring their stability, security, and compliance.

Own and execute the end-to-end server patch management lifecycle
Manage and optimize patching processes across the server estate using SCCM / relevant tooling

Provide 3rd-level support for infrastructure and messaging-related incidents
Lead root cause analysis and problem management for critical issues
Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell
Continuously improving service reliability, performance, and operational processes
Certificates & Secure Messaging:
Manage and support certificate-based services across infrastructure systems
Operate and maintain S/MIME (Secure Email) capabilities, including:
Certificate deployment and lifecycle management
User and server certificate configuration
Troubleshooting encryption, signing, and trust issues
Ensure proper integration of certificates within:
Exchange Online / Hybrid email flows
Internal PKI / external certificate authorities
Support certificate renewal, automation, and compliance processes
Contribute to improving secure communication standards across the organization
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Exchange (Online / Hybrid)
Windows Server & Active Directory
SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (server-focused usage)
Solid knowledge of:
Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity architectures
Group Policy and authentication mechanisms
Core infrastructure services (DNS, networking fundamentals)
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with:
Exchange migrations or email platform transformations
Modern management approaches (e.g., Intune, Azure-based services)
Security tools (e.g., Defender suite, vulnerability management platforms)
Monitoring solutions such as SCOM, PRTG, or equivalents
Experience & Education:
5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering roles
Experience supporting enterprise IT environments
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience
Language Requirements:German – professional working proficiency (required)
English – professional working proficiency (required)

From here and from our offices in Frankfurt, Krakow, Luxembourg, Dublin, Paris and Stockholm, we continue to expand internationally. We are currently looking for a working student within our Product Solutions Team to help and support the team in successfully managing the fund life cycle within the scope of the relevant organisational and working instructions..
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Support in the preparation of fund contracts / issue documents and annexes as well as coordination with in-house specialist departments and investors, international asset managers, custodians
Preparation and coordination of other contractual components with external contracting parties, among others with regard to fee agreements, powers of attorney and cancellations
Independent and accurate handling of administrative activities, such as correspondence and mail, return control, archiving, physical and electronic filing.
Participation and support in cross-team projects and meetings with specialised departments
Support in setting up governance and control processes
